Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Delivery can differ due to turn around time. Turn around can differ for different items, so please check in the description of your desired item for its current turn around time before placing your order. Once your outfit is completed it is posted out 1st Class Royal Mail.

Most items are made to order but if we have any items pre made in stock or sample items they can be found in the Pre-made section of our website.
